Bryan Slaven is an entrepreneur with a passion for creativity, marketing and the outdoors. He has used these abilities in his family’s business, Carrol’s Printing, and in his devotion to creating great dishes as The Texas Gourmet. Bryan loves to hunt, fish, cook and garden.
He experiments with chilies and spices for his Texas Gourmet products, and for years he’s been refining his skills as a wild game chef. His column, “Texas Tasted”, appears regularly in Texas Fish & Game magazine.
Bryan shares his energy for life with his wife of nearly 25 years, and is passing on his love for the Texas outdoors by spending great weekends with his kids and grandkids.
